6. Delivery charges are for goods between 0 and 5 kgs. Every additional kg attracts a charge of KSh.50 each.
7. A customer is assumed to have accepted the included delivery charge when they accept the m-pesa payment prompt.
8. An order shall have only one delivery address (One order, one delivery address)
9. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method considering weight / volume / delivery address.
10. Delivery within Mombasa and environs within 24 hours. The rest of Kenya – within 3 working days if order has been fully paid for by 3 P.M.
    Factors that are out of our control e.g. weather conditions, courier delays, incorrect delivery address, might extend duration of delivery.
11. We will not be responsible for late delivery or shipment failure, lost packages for any order shipped by the recipient’s preferred courier / agent.
